Sales Director - Club & Mass Channel

Key Responsibilities Grow Evergreen’s Club & Mass channel—driving distribution, velocity, and revenue across key partners like Target, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club. Build and lead joint business plans that unlock win‑win growth for both Evergreen and our retail partners. Turn insights into action—using data to spot opportunities, solve problems, and tell a compelling growth story. Drive smart, effective promotion and pricing strategies that fuel trial, repeat, and real household penetration. Lead relationships with buyers and brokers—showing up as a trusted partner and pushing for bigger, better outcomes. Partner cross‑functionally to bring new items to life—from innovation to shelf—with strong, clean execution. Stay close to the shelf—ensuring strong in‑stock, great merchandising, and support plans to drive consistent in‑store performance. Bring a builder mindset—helping shape how we scale the channel and the way we go to market. Qualifications 8‑12+ years of CPG sales experience, with deep expertise in Club, Mass, or large‑format retail. Proven track record of driving growth with major retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club). Strong strategic mindset paired with hands‑on execution ability. Experience leading broker networks and influencing cross‑functional teams. Deep understanding of high‑velocity retail environments, trade strategy, and category management. Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
