Overview - 3 total Maintenance roles on 1st / 3rd shift located in Appleton / Little Chute / Bear Creek
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for keeping things in top shape, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Keep maintenance areas organized and clean.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
