As our HVAC Service and Repair Specialist, you'll earn $25–$35 per hour depending on experience, plus performance-based SPIF opportunities. You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime and after-hours pay at time-and-a-half, as well as a $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 60-day introductory period and remaining in good standing.

COULD YOU BE THE HVAC SERVICE AND REPAIR SPECIALIST WE'RE SEARCHING FOR?

• 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• An active Idaho HVAC Journeyman registration or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hours
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skills
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• A professional, dependable, team-first attitude
• A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing
• Ability to meet screening requirements

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an HVAC Service and Repair Specialist, you'll travel throughout the area diagnosing HVAC issues, performing repairs, and maintaining residential and light-commercial systems. You'll clearly explain your findings and recommendations to customers, complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards, maintain accurate service documentation, communicate with the office team, and keep your vehicle, tools, and workspace organized.
