Electronic technician specialist

Randstad is looking for someone for a Jacksonville based electronics part repair service. This position performs repair service for electronic control modules. Some small electronic tech and soldering experience is required. Automotive experience a definite plus. salary: $18 - $25 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Experience Preferred:

• SMT/PCB level soldering (must have SMT microchips by hand experience)
• Ability to read pinouts and wiring diagrams
• J2534 vehicle programming knowledge a plus
• Ability to use a multimeter and utilize all functions
• Identifix and AllData experience a plus
• Able to trace a circuit with provided pinouts/wiring diagrams
• Electronic component level assembly/repair
• Attention to detail a must
• Must have the ability and willingness to take technical directions and follow through on them

• Demonstrate a good work ethic
• Posses a positive attitude
• Initiative and willingness to learn and progress
• Automotive experience a plus

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 20lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
