About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Pembroke, NC. This role involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state license)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred)
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling
