Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and functional needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services. Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the care team. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Support a positive, encouraging environment for children and families. Qualifications Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure). Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Passion for helping children and families succeed.
