Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: • Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Figma (for design), Tailwind CSS • Backend: Java (Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, Python (advantageous) • Databases: MongoDB • Cloud & DevOps: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes • Design: UI/UX principles, wireframing, responsive design, accessibility • Other: Agile/Kanban, system architecture, mentoring. Role: Lead the development of scalable web applications and microservices using Java, with strong UI/UX design capabilities and Azure cloud integration. Responsibilities: • Lead design and development of CMS and Personalization Service • Build and maintain image/video personalization pipelines • Architect and implement chatbot UI and microservice interfaces • Ensure design consistency and performance across services
