FOH Banquet Supervisor

: Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and motivated FOH Supervisor to join our team. The FOH Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
• Train and mentor staff on customer service standards, job responsibilities, and company policies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all front-of-house duties, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels to provide quality service while controlling labor costs.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination between the front and back of the house.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest improvements to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certification is a plus.
