Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Asheville, NC. As a travel nurse, you will work in the dynamic Owen Heart Center, providing high-quality care to patients with various cardiac conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment with exposure to the latest medical technology.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
- Provide patient care for individuals with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension, valvular disease, endocarditis, and other conditions
- Utilize Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipment, bladder scanner
- Administer titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, and more
- Perform bedside cardioversions
- Maintain patient records using Cerner EMR
Requirements of the RN - PCU
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Experience in stepdown or progressive care
- Telemetry experience
- Familiarity with titratable or cardiac IV medications
- Preferred experience with prostacyclins and relief charge duties
