Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems in new homes.
• Collaborate with a small team to ensure quality and timely installation
• Follow safety guidelines and local building codes during all installations
• Inspect HVAC units post-installation to verify proper operation
• Start up and test zoning, airflow and refrigerant levels
• Have a good time at work with a full transparency work environment, where your complaints and concerns are heard and addressed
