Seeking Community Association & Real Estate Associate Attorney | Charlotte, NC

The practice revolves around providing comprehensive legal counsel to HOAs and condominium boards. You will advise board members, interpret governing documents, and navigate state statutes (such as the NC Planned Community Act and NC Condominium Act). - Landlord/Tenant & Real Estate Matters: Handling commercial real estate issues, lease reviews, and landlord/tenant enforcement actions.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Representing association boards in covenant enforcement actions, commercial litigation, and contract disputes.
What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate possesses 5–7 years of relevant legal experience , though the firm is open to considering attorneys with fewer years who demonstrate strong capabilities.
- Core Practice Background: Strong experience in community association law (HOA/Condo representation). Candidates with related experience in commercial real estate, landlord/tenant law, debt collection, commercial litigation, or corporate law will also be strongly considered.

- Client Service Focus: Excellent communication skills to interface directly with association boards, property managers, and opposing counsel.
