Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced dentists for both full-time and part-time opportunities throughout the greater Tampa Bay region, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando Counties.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy performing extractions and oral surgery procedures while working in a streamlined practice setting that prioritizes quality care and provider autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform simple and surgical extractions in a high-volume clinical environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused oral surgery care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure expectations
• Maintain excellent chairside communication and professionalism
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and positive experiences

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License required
• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
• Strong interest in oral surgery and extraction-based dentistry
