Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Receiving Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient processing of inbound goods while maintaining our high standards of quality, organization, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Unload inbound shipments and verify contents for accuracy, condition, and documentation Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately receive goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) using RF scanners Sort, label, and store inventory according to company standards Maintain accurate records of packing slips, invoices, and related documentation Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Transport materials to designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stacking and stability Assist in moving materials between departments to support production flow Inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with company quality standards Assist the production team with material preparation or assembly tasks when required Participate in daily cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy\ Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure work environment Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free receiving area Communicate receiving issues or equipment concerns to management promptly Be willing to work mandatory overtime as required to meet operational and business needs Core Skills Material Handling experience required RF scanner and WMS experience (preferred) Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Effective communication and teamwork skills Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability Benefits Flexpak is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week.
