General Job Description This position will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of commercial vehicles. This position will provide exceptional customer service and conduct business in a professional manner. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver customer vehicles and new/PacLease trucks, ensuring courteous on-time delivery. Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements. Represent the Company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service as a key contact. Requirements Minimum Job Qualifications 18 years of age. High school graduate/GED or 1 year work experience. Valid commercial driver’s license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract. Desired Job Qualifications 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience. Heavy duty truck aptitude. Strong organization and communication with the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Mental Capability Requirements Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions and information. Organization: Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology. Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Communication: Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines. Mathematics: No mathematical ability is required.
