Summary:
Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school they must have two-years of related acute care hospital experience in the past three years.

Experience:
* One Year

Credentials:
* Registered Nurse Licensure
* Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (American Heart/Red Cross)
