Therapy - PTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

The position involves providing physical therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients. The work setting includes a critical access hospital with various units. The applicant should be prepared to treat patients in different areas, such as orthopedics and cardiac rehabilitation. The acuity level includes trauma patients, and the position may involve contact with COVID patients. The schedule includes weekdays, with additional weekend and holiday work as required by department needs. The dress code is scrubs, without a specific color requirement.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current Physical Therapy Assistant license to practice in Texas Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current Must-Have: - Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an outpatient or acute care setting
