Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cherry Hill, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR role that offers weekly home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, featuring top-quality equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while ensuring a consistent schedule that brings you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home each week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is involved, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on your mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
