Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their site’s Project Management Office (PMO) with a focus on scheduling and information management. This role will support medical device development, packaging, and assembly projects, ensuring seamless integration of technical timelines, risk management, and resource tracking. Key Responsibilities Partner with NPI leads, engineering project managers, and workstream leads to develop and maintain integrated project timelines, risk management plans, budgets, and resource plans. Manage project data within the Smartsheet-based Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system, ensuring accurate roll-up into dashboards for different levels of management. Oversee collections of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with portfolio and program management best practices. Provide analytical insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 4+ years in project management, with emphasis on scheduling, coordination, and reporting (Smartsheet expertise required). Industry: Background in medical device development, packaging, and assembly. Technical Skills: Strong automation and technology skills (preferred). Core Skills Expertise in project/portfolio/program management processes Strong analytical and business process development skills Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Must‑Have Skills Medical device development, packaging, and assembly knowledge Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Work closely with technical leads to build and maintain integrated schedules and reports within the Smartsheet-based PPM system. Ensure project data accuracy and visibility across dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
