Schedule:

• 7:00pm - 7:30am
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license eligible for Iowa
• Minimum one year of recent Medical-Surgical unit experience
• Proficient clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult patient population
• Employ evidence-based practices and follow established protocols
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document all care activities and patient responses in electronic medical records
• Support and supervise ancillary staff as needed
• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
