Primary Care NP or PA Opportunity - Flexible 4.5-Day Schedule

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia ( is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care team in Belmont, CA.

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Guaranteed annual salary: $140,000 - $160,000, DOE + uncapped productivity incentives

Job Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Valid and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• Active DEA registration number

• BLS and ACLS certification

• 1+ years of recent relevant experience preferred
