Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for a reliable warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, steady weekday hours, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse operation.

The Warehouse Associate will support receiving, stocking, inventory control, order picking, packaging, palletizing, and shipping. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and work ethic in a long-term warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, process, and document incoming freight, materials, and shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated bin and storage locations while maintaining accurate records.
- Pick, prepare, package, and palletize sales orders for outbound shipment.
- Use manual pallet jacks to safely move pallets, boxes, office equipment, and warehouse materials.
- Assist with physical inventory counts, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and independently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour.
- Job Type: 4+ month temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM PST.
- Hours: 40+ hours per week.
- Location: Roseville, CA 95678.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Receive, stock, document, and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick, package, palletize, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
- Safely move packages, pallets, and warehouse materials using manual equipment.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, organized, and safety-conscious warehouse environment.

- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
- Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to enter and maintain inventory information.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to occasionally handle equipment or materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to move wheeled objects that may weigh up to 700 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and kneel frequently throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in confined warehouse spaces while handling materials and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work the assigned Monday through Friday schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Prior experience with inventory counts, shipping, receiving, order picking, or warehouse documentation preferred.
