Experienced Forklift Service Technicians Location: Santa Fe Springs, California | Job Type: Full-Time, On Road Pay: From $33.80 per hour We are seeking an experienced Forklift Service Technician to join our Service Department team. This role includes a performance-based pay structure and competitive salary. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gasoline, LPG, electric, or diesel-powered forklifts Perform preventive maintenance and service inspections Determine whether work is required on-site or in-house Replace or repair worn parts, adjust brakes, and align wheels Maintain a clean service van and report any vehicle issues Complete service paperwork accurately and promptly Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of forklift or material handling service experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to read GPS directions and travel throughout the LA area Own tools and toolbox Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Preferred Experience Previous experience with material handling or automotive equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs unaided and operate heavy equipment/tools Physically able to drive a company van and interact with customers Must be able to read, write, and follow written directions 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and health savings accounts Employee assistance and referral programs Fuel card and flexible spending accounts Paid time off Schedule 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Day shift only — No weekends About Us Toyota Material Handling Solutions (TMHS) has served the Los Angeles area since 1973 and has led the region in material handling and logistics since 2000.
