Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA-MI)Starting salary: $75,000-$90,000Benefits include Blue Care Network medical, Delta Dental & Vision insurance, IRA matching at 3%, Life & Disability insurance, Aflac insurance, $500 continuing education stipend, $30 monthly phone stipend, performance based bonuses & raises, 9 paid holidays, 3 weeks of PTO, prorated after 3 months, additional PTO after 2 years, mileage reimbursement, company technology, sign on bonus.Department: Clinical ServicesReports to: Area ManagerPrimary job function: Licensed Behavior Analysts are responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating behavioral health treatment services for individuals diagnosed with autism. This includes using a variety of behavioral and skill assessments to develop meaningful treatment programs that decrease barriers to learning, increase opportunities for growth and positively impact the quality of life of the individuals served.
