Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a proven construction leader with recent UPF (Uranium Processing Facility) experience or closely related DOE/nuclear megaproject experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field construction activities and subcontractors.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate multiple construction disciplines.
• Manage construction sequencing, productivity, manpower, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Safety, Project Controls, and Project Management.
• Resolve field issues, RFIs, constructability concerns, and design conflicts.
• Ensure construction complies with project specifications, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Support inspections, testing, turnover, punch-list, and project completion activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum 4 years relevant superintendent experience in the construction industry.
• Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access). xhqgsiq
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
