Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities that enhance patient care outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through consistent communication and engagement, ensuring services are well-integrated into the broader healthcare network.
• Utilize clinical software systems to streamline documentation processes, ensuring compliance with appropriate coding levels and accurate charge capture for insurance billing.
• Ensure adherence to the Florida State Practice Act and relevant guidelines, maintaining the highest standards in clinical practice.
• Monitor and drive patient experience metrics, focusing on client satisfaction and effective treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook to deliver best practices during patient interactions.
• Oversee clinical outcomes and collaboratively manage outlier cases with fellow therapists to optimize treatment plans.
• Implement and streamline clinical workflows to improve patient intake, manage referral processing, and enhance scheduling efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early intervention and prompt evaluations to maximize recovery.
• Foster a professional atmosphere that promotes teamwork, exceptional quality, continual improvement, and patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• An active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing logical reasoning to address challenges and propose effective solutions.

Preferred Experience
