Recognized as a Great Place to Work for the past five years and named to Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work 2026, as well as being an industry thought leader featured at SXSW and in the Wall Street Journal and Economist, we invite you to make a real difference in healthcare with us.Job PurposeAs a Business Analyst, you will need to be able to work closely with both internal and external customers to help WellDoc fulfill its mission of designing and delivering best in class mobile and digital health products.ResponsibilitiesPartner with subject matter experts to elicit, evaluate and document business and clinical requirementsResponsible for the research, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirementsLead formalized joint application development (JAD) sessions with key stakeholdersCollaborate with UI/UX team to define the user experience and create wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web applications.Participate in Agile development activities to ensure quality, clarity, and transparency throughout deliveryContribute to iteration planning meetings to determine release and sprint capacity, estimation, and velocityWrite epics and user stories to detail software design for onshore and offshore development teams, using multiple tools and artifacts as neededCreate wireframes, prototypes, and diagrams to visually illustrate user needsLead user acceptance testing activitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceAt least 3 years of analyst experience for a company with a health care focus.Healthcare domain knowledge a plus (note: health care not health insurance)Experience working with off shore teamsUnderstands the basics of software development lifecycle methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, AcrobatRequirement elicitation and analysis skillsExperience in creating wireframes and prototypesDetail oriented and organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work independently and in a team environmentUnderstands web and mobile software development tools and methodologiesWellDoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or, will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities.Required EducationBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceCompensation & BenefitsWelldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits .and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $120,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant.Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process.
