1st Shift Shipper

2nd Shift Assembler– 6mo+ Contract – Marlboro, MA

First shift hours are 8am – 4:30PM Assemble, identify system failures and work to move those failed units to the floor engineer for analysis. Will collaborate with the quality and engineering team to ensure the procedures are correct for the kits they are working.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audit for production orders
• Confirm correct BOM items and correct quantities for each production order.
• Configure devices
• Apply software part number label for kitting validation.
• Organize completed production orders and hand them off to the kitting validation team.
• Performing device rollbacks for cancelled orders or failed unit analysis.
• Collaborate with cell lead and Engineering for problem solving.
• Work with management for continuous improvement ideas.

Basic Qualification and Skills:

• 1-3 years production experience
• Able to work in a fast paced, customer driven atmosphere
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
