Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, etc. for residents according to the resident's assessment and service plan (ASP).Assist residents with housekeeping and laundry services.Accompany residents on outings to medical appointments.Assist residents with activities.Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families.Complete documentation of resident service logs, etc.Communicate residents concerns and needs to Resident Care Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, and / or Wellness Director.What is required as a Personal Care Aide (PCA)? Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have a valid and current CNA certification or willing to complete on-line care giving training once hired.Must complete annual training as required by current regulationsMust maintain First Aid and CPR certificationMust have excellent communications skillsWhat makes LifeQuest unique?
