About the Role

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated distribution facility by maintaining and repairing advanced equipment. This role is focused on troubleshooting and improving the performance of industrial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on industrial and automated equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and material handling systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

• Diagnose issues and minimize downtime

• Document repairs and maintenance activities

• Follow all safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Background in one of the following: HVAC, millwright, electrician, or military maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Experience working with motors and industrial equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
