Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications Valid RN license in Massachusetts. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect.
