Registered Nurse

ICU RN needed for a critical care nursing unit. The unit consists of a 10-bed suite. Focus on caring for and supporting patients and their families using advanced technology. Each patient room is equipped with an electric therapeutic bed, emergency call system, and cardiac monitoring. Additional monitoring modules, wall-mounted documentation stations, and critical care equipment are available. Patient population includes critically unstable patients with various acute conditions. The goal is to provide 24-hour critical care nursing for medical/surgical patients. The nursing team will rapidly recognize and treat life-threatening complications. Emphasis is placed on total patient care. RN patient ratios are 2:1 or 1:1, depending on patient acuity and RN experience. Telemetry experience is required. Rotating shifts include every other weekend and rotating holidays. Nurses will work either 36 or 48 hours per week.

Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience License: RN License (proof of state residency required) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: CCRN preferred
