What You'll Do
- Provide advanced care for critically ill and medically unstable patients in a high-acuity environment
- Monitor patients continuously, assessing vital signs and responding rapidly to changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Support trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, OB, and other specialty patients requiring intensive monitoring
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license (current on file)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of CCU/ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with medically unstable, trauma, or neuro patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
