ISI® Elite Training Sarasota is looking for a high-performing General Manager / Facility Manager to lead the daily operation and continued growth of our Sarasota facility.

This is not simply an administrative management position.

Our General Manager is a hands-on leader who owns membership growth, leads and develops the team, drives execution of the sales process, creates an exceptional member experience, and helps build ISI Sarasota within the Lakewood Ranch community.

ISI® Elite Training is a rapidly growing fitness franchise with locations across the United States.

ISI delivers coach-led, Athletic Based Training designed to build strength, confidence, endurance, and community for people of all fitness levels.

ISI® has also announced a national partnership with HYROX, the global indoor fitness competition bringing together strength, endurance, and functional fitness.

THE ROLE

As General Manager / Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the facility, with a particular focus on:

Leadership. Sales. Membership Growth. Team Development. Member Experience.

You will work directly with our Sales Leaders, Head Performance Coach, Performance Coaches, and ownership to execute the facility's goals and continue building ISI Sarasota.

This position requires someone who is comfortable both leading the team and working alongside the team.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Sales & Membership Growth

• Lead and execute the ISI® membership sales process
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals
• Actively participate in lead follow-up, guest conversations, facility tours, and membership conversions
• Coach and develop Sales Leaders to improve performance and conversions
• Maintain accountability for lead response, follow-up, appointments, show rates, and sales
• Identify opportunities to generate new leads through local marketing, partnerships, events, referrals, and community outreach
• Monitor membership growth, retention, and facility KPIs
• Maintain accurate and timely KPI reporting

Team Leadership

• Provide clear direction, leadership, and accountability for the entire facility team
• Work collaboratively with the Head Performance Coach to maintain a strong, unified team culture
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop facility team members
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable to ISI® standards
• Conduct ongoing coaching and performance conversations
• Create an environment where high performance is recognized and expected
• Lead by example and maintain a high standard of professionalism, energy, and execution

Member Experience & Operations

• Ensure every guest and member receives a consistent, first-class ISI® experience
• Oversee proper onboarding of new members
• Build relationships with members and actively support member retention
• Maintain ISI® brand and operational standards
• Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, organized, and welcoming
• Manage facility scheduling and daily operational needs
• Participate in community, marketing, member, and promotional events
• Help build relationships between ISI Sarasota and the surrounding Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota community

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven or quota-based environment
• Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Fitness studio, gym, boutique fitness, membership sales, hospitality, or other service-based business experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales or business-development goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer, CRM, email, and business software proficiency
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media content preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Fitness industry experience is helpful, but we are equally interested in a proven sales leader and people leader who is passionate about fitness and can learn the ISI® system.

SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

This is a full-time, in-person leadership position .

The General Manager must have scheduling flexibility based on the needs of the business, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Because we believe great leaders should understand the experience we provide our members, the General Manager is expected to be actively engaged in the ISI® experience, facility culture, and relevant ISI® training and development programs.

PERSONAL TRAINERS

If the selected candidate is also a Certified Personal Trainer , there may be an opportunity to be trained as an ISI® Performance Coach.

This provides additional understanding of the complete ISI® member experience and the opportunity to support the coaching team when needed.
