Join our team as a General Manager at Motel 6 & Studio 6 Charlotte Northlake!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as the General Manager at our Charlotte Northlake location!
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of operations at the property, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
- Lead and develop a team of staff members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards to uphold the reputation of the property
- Prior experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
