Description: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license is necessary. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate is required. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification is preferred. AOTA and OTAC certifications are also preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required. The role involves working with inpatients and outpatients. The setting includes a critical access hospital with swing beds and various units. Must be prepared to work with patients, including those requiring orthopedic and cardiac care. The environment may include caring for COVID patients. Weekend and holiday duties are based on department needs. Dress code consists of scrubs, without a specific color requirement. BLS and DCI/BVP certifications are mandatory.
