Experienced, Child Care Center Lead Teacher

Tandem is hiring experienced child care professionals for lead teacher roles in daycare and early childhood education settings across Charlotte. If you're a passionate educator with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in education or a related field, this is a chance to lead classrooms, support child development, and work with top childcare centers in your community. Why This Role Matters As a lead teacher, you'll play a key role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You'll guide classroom activities, mentor assistant staff, and build strong relationships with families and your daycare center leadership team. Requirements Must be 18+ years old High school diploma or GED CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field Must have 1 or more years of prior experience in a child care, day care, or preschool setting Able to pass an FBI/BCI background check Prior experience as a teacher or preschool teacher in a licensed child care or day care setting Job Perks Locations across Charlotte Daily pay available Flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday, typically 6am-6pm) Full-time and part-time options Work with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children Access to short-term and permanent placements #J-18808-Ljbffr Drive Capital
