Brand Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Brand Associate to join our growing. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting marketing initiatives, and creating positive brand experiences.

As a Brand Associate, you’ll help support brand marketing campaigns, promotional events, community activations, and customer engagement initiatives. You’ll interact directly with customers, share information about products and services, support event execution, and help ensure every interaction creates a positive impression of the brand.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in building experience in brand marketing, event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, experiential marketing, customer experience, or client services. Previous experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support brand marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community activations
• Engage with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences
• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and current campaigns
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful, accurate information
• Learn about customer needs and help connect them with appropriate products or services
• Support the setup and execution of events, pop-ups, and promotional activities
• Assist with event materials, displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging throughout customer interactions
• Build brand awareness through engaging and professional communication
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with marketing and event team members to support campaign goals
• Maintain an organized and professional environment during events and activations
• Contribute ideas for future marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Assist with additional brand marketing and event responsibilities as needed
