As a Flower Merchandiser you will directly impact every store you visit, ensuring our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. Watch a video about the activities and responsibilities of our merchandisers: What We Offer Pay: $18.90 per hour. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Mobile phone allowance to stay connected. Transportation expense reimbursement per route. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees. Your Responsibilities Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. Support During Festive Seasons: During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand. Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. Teamwork: While you work independently, you will support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. Internet access and a smartphone.
