About Us Located at 2465 E Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33304, The Sunness offers a modern twist on classic American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We’re committed to delivering top-notch service and unforgettable meals to our guests. Responsibilities Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating. Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of OpenTable a plus but not required. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
