Qualifications

• State License Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ARRT (CT)
• Certifications ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 2+ years of experience in Radiography in last 3 years.
• EMR Cerner
• Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment RGR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 1 year. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 363 days.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm that I understand fingerprints are a mandatory requirement for all travelers in NM. I am aware this process takes several weeks and must be started immediately to avoid start date delays.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with C-arm procedures and OR imaging services is required.
• Additional Confirmations Fluoroscopy experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Portable radiographic procedures experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Proficiency in routine diagnostic CT procedures (Head/Brain, Neck, Thorax, Spine, Abdomen/Pelvis, Extremities, and Biopsy/Drainage). Knowledge of sterile procedures, contrast media studies, and cross-sectional anatomy
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
