As a Quality and Rights Specialist , lead efforts in consumer advocacy, rights protection, and quality improvement for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is a mission-driven role with statewide impact. You'll champion continuous quality improvement, guide mid-level managers, conduct rights audits, and lead internal investigations to ensure our mission is executed. Why Spectrum? What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Services (preferred but not required) or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience 2 years in the Human Services field, with direct experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness Knowledge of Michigan's Mental Health Code , licensing rules, and consumer rights Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexibility to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule Powered by #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Human
