Job Description:

1. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business

2. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

• Support the evaluation, design and architecture of Legal Technology Stack
• Understand the full life cycle, and design solutions that interface with IT Systems
• Translate business requirements into system solutions
• Analyze and determine application and interface solutions
• Drive and execute functional design, testing, change management and end user acceptance for projects and enhancements as needed
• Interface with relevant teams to support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues related to existing application solutions
• Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification
• Perform hands-on system setup and configuration
• Analyze requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs
• Document implementation considerations, Writing functional specification
• Work with consultants and/or offshore resources in support of development/integration work
• May perform other duties as assigned

System Skills Required:

• Understand the policies related to retention, configure the relevant retention labels to apply the policies of retention to the records by leveraging office 365 Retentionpolicies and labels
• Design the framework to effectively Auto-classify the records by leveraging keywords that are applicable to each functional unit and automate the process of applying the retention policies & default policies to the records.
• Maintain a list of unstructured repositories, arrangement of the sites and folders, develop a standard process of applying the retention policies to the records that lie within the repositories, in accordance with the current regulations
• Greater degree of understanding the versioning of the documents in the SharePoint to design the efficient workflow of retention and deletion
• Conducting and imparting the training to the departments as needed and publishing self- reference materials as needed
