Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Etowah Health and Rehabilitation

About the Role:
As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide direct patient care to our residents. Your duties will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing basic care and comfort to residents
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is expected to:
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Tennessee
• 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
