About the Team This person will lead the product strategy for customer referrals across the enterprise. You own the end-to-end customer journey, balancing business objectives with intuitive design while partnering with technical teams to bring the vision to life. Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, to be obtained on or before the scheduled start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
