Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting. What You Will Be Doing Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond appropriately to customer issues. Operate cash register or point‑of‑sale devices as needed and use value‑added sales techniques to generate additional sales opportunities. Verify the accuracy of guest orders. Prepare and package food and drink products. Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils. Maintain health and safety standards in work areas. Unload and stock inventory items as needed. Perform duties at multiple stations (e.g., front counter, drive‑thru, prep boards, etc.). Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies. Work to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant. Learn team‑effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals. Respond to guest needs in a professional and polite manner. Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers. Demonstrate the ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. Be dependable and reliable. Possess good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Maintain reliable transportation.
