Take 5 Oil Change in Texas is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations and lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will assist the Shop Manager, step in as Manager on Duty, and ensure safe, efficient service with a focus on customer experience. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching staff, and maintaining high service standards while following company procedures.
