Radiography Technologist Lead

Location & Schedule UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion: Aurora, CO Department: Radiology Diagnostic Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $29.52 - $41.33 / hour (dependent on experience) Summary Leads team members for assigned areas or functions by demonstrating advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities Provides monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members' performance, focusing on productivity and quality management. Serves as a positive role model, promoting teamwork and cooperation. Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and encouraging situational decision‑making/problem‑solving. Performs underlying job responsibilities and offers guidance on handling complex or novel issues. Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. May work with Radiology students. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); specialty ARRT certification(s) if required. State licensure if required by law. Minimum of 2 years of experience. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with card in hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must remain valid for at least sixty days after hire.
