Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support company-wide safety, training, and compliance initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing training records, coordinating compliance programs, maintaining reporting systems, tracking employee development programs, and supporting operational processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain training, compliance, and safety documentation and reporting systems Coordinate employee training schedules, evaluations, and certification tracking Support apprenticeship and workforce development programs Generate reports and analyze data to support operational and safety goals Assist with compliance requirements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with operations, HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure effective program administration Qualifications 5+ years of administrative, safety, training, or related experience Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems Experience with compliance tracking platforms preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally as needed Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
