You will work closely with our skilled fabrication team to bring detailed blueprints and schematics to life, ensuring precision and safety at every step. What You'll Do As a Welder and Fabricator, you will be responsible for Reading, interpreting, and executing blueprints and welding symbols to meet project specifications Performing MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding to assemble or modify metal components Cutting, grinding, drilling, and shaping metal using saws, torches, and plasma cutters Aligning and fitting parts to strict measurements, ensuring close adherence to design tolerances Applying appropriate welding techniques according to different metals and project needs Conducting structural and detailed welding on frames, piping, brackets, and other metal assemblies What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Minimum 2-3 years of welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding techniques Ability to accurately read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics Strong knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, and welding safety protocols Experience operating shop tools such as saws, grinders, drills, and press brakes Good teamwork and communication skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us in Salem?
