Restoration Technician General Labor

Job Summary We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, trustworthy Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly get work orders and do them with high efficiency and quality, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and job duties such as flooring, trim, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Do bids on remodels, rehabs, and other areas Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed We are a flooring store but we do A-Z so something different will be done every day Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Must work hard and be able to complete jobs on your own Benefits Company parties Employee discounts Free uniforms Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Career Advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr BIG RED FLOORING LLC
